A New Brand of Consulting.  We’ve started medical practices. We’ve managed medical practices. We’ve invested in medical practices. We’ve owned medical practices. We’ve worked with hospitals, large and small group practices. We’ve started and owned small businesses and managed divisions of large corporations. When your future practice is on the line, it helps to be working with professionals who have broad based health care and business experience.

We found that many practices and hospitals experience a sort of “consult-and-run” style of client interaction that commonly leaves practices wanting. MPSG is reinventing health care consulting with a work model that focuses on implementation of lasting improvements. Less talk, more doing. Less report writing and more positive change installations. The core of MPSG’s consulting philosophy is that with experience, data and proven solutions are relatively easily arrived at. Implementation is the differentiating factor.

Our practice improvement programs limit the number of clients we can take on in a given year, but we’ll take superior results with 10 happy clients over 50 unhappy ones any day.
